FYI.

It’s always best to get your nutrients from whole foods, not pills.

Keep in mind that the only source of fiber is fruit and vegetables. Animal products cointain NO fiber and are lacking in many vitamins and minerals, all of which you can get from plants (with the only exception ibeing B12 and Vitamind D).
