Had an awesome day in Yonkers at a Ukrainian volleyball tournament this weekend. Our great bunch of guys were able to outlast the competition and won. I have no delusions that the much younger guys carried us (really impressive guys) but the more mature players were able to impart some experience. 😜
On another note, my nutritional and lifestyle website just passed it’s 1 year anniversary. The info on the site has grown a lot along with everything that I have learned on my 3 year vegan journey.
What really humbles and encourages me the most are the patients, friends and family who have reached out to me and have adopted at least some of what I know to be the healthiest way to live for us personally, the planet and obviously the animals.
I have no plans to stop learning and passing it along.
