There is a saying that we should “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper”. Well, there is real science supporting this for better metabolic health and even to lose weight. In this era of people doing intermittentn fasting and skipping breakfast a lot, this idea may need to be reconsidered.
