FYI

Dental/gum care is very important but we are obsessed with bacteria in our mouths.

Bacteria is supposed to be in your mouth!

That’s where digestion starts. Why else would we have digestive enzymes in our saliva?

Brush your teeth twice a day.

Floss.

That’s it!

All the other stuff like tongue brushing, mouth washes, oil pulling …. it’s all unnecessary and in fact unhealthy.

Studies have linked mouthwashes with not only heart disease by diabetes as well.

FYI. When plants are stressed, they produce protective phytochemicals. The protective benefits of many of these compounds (like anicin in garlic and onions or the blue pigment in grapes produced by resveratrol) are know to be passed along to us when we eat them. There are no such protective compounds in animal products.
