In these times of uncertainty as to who may or may not be infected, I think that there are some important things to think about.
1) As much as fresh fruits and vegetables are the healthiest, it is prudent for now to buy frozen, or in bags or containers. It kills me to say that because of the increased plastic use but we need to try to limit spread of this virus. Swab down the bags/containers as well before using.
2) Use caned/jared supplies. Choose BPA-free cans if available.
3) Buy dried goods like beans in bulk. They keep forever and are a great source of nutrients.

Today is World Sleep Day.
This admittedly is one of the biggest areas of struggle in my pursuit of health and wellness.
Here is a link to my website to some information about the importance of sleep and some useful tips.

Sleep is tremendously important to keep your immune system working well.
In the meantime, wash your hands, stay away from crowds, drink LOTS of water to keep mucus membranes moist and eat your fruits and veggies to max out on antioxidants and vitamins.
