Fact Sheets

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is an amazing organization, not only by providing great healthcare to people through the Barnard Medical Center in Washington DC, but also by performing research on the benefits of a healthful, plant-based diet. They also do a lot of advocacy regarding animal rights and eliminating animal abuse. The founder and main physician is Dr. Neil Barnard and he has written many books on various topics regarding health and nutrition. Many are listed in my reference section. Below is  a list of some of their informative fact sheets addressing the role of nutrition in various diseases as well as other topics. The link to their site where the sheets are located is here, but below I’ve listed them with additional links.
