FYI.

In a nutshell, what this study shows is that if you already have heart/vascular disease, eating fish twice a week reduces further risks a bit. The same benefit is not seen if you do not yet have significant heart disease.

Maybe because eating 2 servings of fish is better than the poorer diet those with heart disease were consuming before? Everything is relative.

Smoking half a pack of cigarettes a day is better than smoking a whole pack, but that doesn’t mean you should smoke ½ a pack.

Get healthy.

Eat Well (more whole plants).

Move more.

Stress less.
